Return Policy

Not Happy with Your Order?

  • You may return products within 90 days of receipt.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Shipping Fees for Returns:

  • If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., wrong color, size, or changed mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to Braveagles (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we cover return shipping.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your product is defective or damaged, email cs@braveagles.com with photos showing the damaged area and the item tag.

  • We will send a replacement once the issue is verified.

  • You do not need to return the defective item.

Order Cancellation

Before Shipment:

  • Orders can be canceled before processing or shipment for a full refund.

After Shipment:

  • If the order is already in transit, you can refuse delivery.

  • Refunds will be issued minus shipping costs once the item begins its return journey.


Warranty

Covers manufacturing defects only. Does not cover:

  • Accidental damage

  • Improper care

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Sun damage to colors/materials

  • After-market modifications

  • Water damage

Refund Policy

You may request a refund if:

  • The product is non-functional, defective, or damaged.

  • The product was not received within 90 business days (South America orders only).

Refund Process:

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method.

  • Credit/debit card refunds may take 7–10 business days to process.

  • If the refund is delayed, check your bank/PayPal account or contact your bank.

Notes

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping if the product is not defective.

  • Braveagles covers return shipping for defective, damaged, missing, or incorrect items.

  • No relisting fees are charged.
