We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days and shipped the following day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

Cancelling an Order

If you wish to cancel an order, please email us immediately at cs@braveagles.com.

  • Orders cannot be canceled once processed or shipped.

  • Cancellation before processing/shipping incurs a $0.50 fee to cover restocking and credit card charges.

Unclaimed or Returned Orders

Braveagles is not responsible for packages that are:

  • Refused

  • Unclaimed

  • Undeliverable

  • Returned due to incorrect or insufficient address

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or sales taxes.

  • Delivery may be delayed by customs inspections. Please check with your local customs office for details.

Separate Packages

Orders may be split into multiple shipments due to:

  • Backordered items

  • Weight restrictions from shipping carriers
